Over the three weeks of the challenge we will be using a points based system to establish a daily habit of reflecting and reviewing on your successes and challenges daily. There will be a total of 5 points each day divided among the following.
- 3 points for nutrition. Strive for 3 perfect Primal meals everyday. Along with this try to minimize snacking.
- 1 point for sleep. We will be shooting for at least 7 hours of sleep nightly
- 1 point for a Primal challenge. This will change everyday and is a fun way to try out different aspects of the Primal lifestyle
Make sure to post everyday. Everyone within our community will be posting and we will all be accountable to each other. If you want an even more direct connection try to find a Primal buddy or have your significant other do the challenge with you. Both of you could contact each other throughout the day and make sure you are staying on path with all of your meals.
- Make sure that you have a plan for when you will be posting your daily results and see if anyone close to you would also like to do the challenge
- Eat at least one Primal meal
