Remember the bulk of your diet should consist of the meats. poultry, eggs, vegetables and fruit and your shopping should reflect that.

Today’s Challenge:

Take a 10-15 minute evening stroll. This takes care of two parts of the Primal life: increasing your daily movement and providing a calming evening ritual to get a good night of sleep. Explore somewhere new and have fun with this!
