What a beautiful Sunday for prepping some Primal food for the week! Hopefully everyone has developed some primal habits by now and this last week will be a piece of cake. This is also the time where you really start to feel awesome and hopefully if you experienced a bit of a crash sometime last week you feel great now.
Today’s Challenge is to go barefoot. Spend some time out of your clunky and cushioned shoes today. Going barefoot can strengthen the bones, ligaments and muscles throughout your feet. Shoes with a raised heel can also throw off your postural alignment and change the way that you run and walk.
