Saturday: Same as always

Sunday: No Open Gym

Monday: Class at 1130am and 6pm

Strength/Skill:

Every minute on the minute for 5 sets: 3 Snatch

Every 30 seconds for 10 sets: 1 Snatch

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Power Snatch (75/55 lbs)

2 x Shuttle Run

10 Pull Ups

50 ft Walking Lunge
