Don’t forget the Holiday Schedule. Thursday we are running the “Twelve Days of CrossFit Christmas” workout at 930am. If you haven’t done it before it is a fun long workout that is a highlight of the Holiday season. Friday there are no classes and Saturday we are back to the normal schedule. 


Build to a heavy complex of 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk

Workout of the Day:

Cycle through twice with 4 minutes of rest between cycles:

Complete as many sandbag laps as possible in 2 minutes

30 seconds transition

Row as Far as possible in 2 minutes

30 seconds transition

Complete as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes of:

5 Toes to Bar

5 Push Jerks

30 seconds transition
