Don’t forget the Holiday Schedule. Thursday we are running the “Twelve Days of CrossFit Christmas” workout at 930am. If you haven’t done it before it is a fun long workout that is a highlight of the Holiday season. Friday there are no classes and Saturday we are back to the normal schedule.
