12222015- Swings/Wall Balls/Pull Ups

A note from Coach Jason:

On January 1st I will be moving down to Chicago for a mix of professional and personal reasons. I have an interest in exploring some new career opportunities and a desire to live in the same city with my girlfriend Lily.

Marcus and I have been planning for this move for a few months now and by bringing Andy Reischl and Sam Wallace onto the 414 coaching staff it should be a pretty seamless transition.  I am excited to see how they both continue to develop their coaching abilities and know that they are going to be amazing additions to the CrossFit 414 community and will be able to offer some new perspectives in class. I will still remain involved as an owner of the gym and plan on coming back up to Milwaukee to help out with coaching when needed and hopefully hop into class for a workout.
