12222014- Swing/Squat/Pull Up

Make sure to check for schedule changes this week. Christmas Eve morning we will be running a “12 Days of Christmas” workout. It is a fun, long workout that is always a good challenge . The more the merrier! No classes on Christmas Day.

Strength/Skill:

5 Rounds of:

a. Front Rack Lunge x 5 each leg

b. Handstand Push Up Development

c. Side Plank x 30 sec each

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

30 Kettlebell Swings

20 Air Squats

10 Pull Ups
