a. Front Rack Lunge x 5 each leg
b. Handstand Push Up Development
c. Side Plank x 30 sec each
Workout of the Day:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 Kettlebell Swings
20 Air Squats
10 Pull Ups
