With a partner rotate through three stations, spending seven minutes at each:
At 0:00 on the clock:
Row as Many Meters as possible, partner must be in FLR Hold
At 10:00 on the clock:
Alternate full rounds of 5 Pull Ups and 10 Lunge Steps
At 20:00 on the clock:
Alternate full rounds of 10 Lateral Hops, 10 Air Squats, 10 Sit Ups
