12152017- More Holiday Party Details. This Saturday!

Don’t forget that the Holiday Party is this Saturday! Here are a couple answers to questions we have been getting:

  • Donations can be made either with a check made out to Neighborhood House of Milwaukee or cash. Either way 100% will be going to Neighborhood House. There is a suggested donation of $30. But, anything you can give will help!
  • If you are on a 3x/week membership this does not count as a class. 
  • We will provide some drinks and food. But most people end up bringing some as well. Any brunchy items and drinks or holiday treats would be great.

30 Box Jumps

*Complete 5 Sandbag Cleans between each movement and to end the workout*

*Complete movements in any order*
