The crew from Saturday. Thanks for everyone for your generous donations and great spirit on Saturday. We were able to raise over $1600 for Pathfinders Milwaukee! There will be more pictures and a recap to come. I will be delivering the donations to Pathfinders later this week if anyone still wants to donate. 

Strength/Skill:

Every minute on the minute for 16 minutes:

Minute 1: 5 Hang Power Clean

Minute 2: 4-8 Ring Dips

Workout of the Day:

Rotate through twice with a partner:

3 minutes Sled Push (alternate every down/back)

3 minutes Max Power Cleans (135/85 lbs)

3 minutes Max Row calories (alternate every 10 cals)

3 minutes rest
