Two fun Saturdays coming up at the gym:
- This Saturday, December 9th. Guillermo will be at the gym doing a quick workshop and Q and A session. He is a PT in the area that is also a CrossFitter. So, if you have any nagging pains he can be a great resource. It will be right after the 930am group class. Plan to stick around.
