12072017- CrossPhysio PT this Saturday!

Two fun Saturdays coming up at the gym:

  • This Saturday, December 9th. Guillermo will be at the gym doing a quick workshop and Q and A session. He is a PT in the area that is also a CrossFitter. So, if you have any nagging pains he can be a great resource. It will be right after the 930am group class. Plan to stick around.
  • Next Saturday, December 16th is the annual Holiday party! See this post for more details and be there!

a. Tempo Strict Press x 8 reps

b. Tempo Sumo Deadlift x 8 reps

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Toes to Bar

3 x Shuttle Run

10 Dumbbell Push Press (Handstand Push Ups)
