12052015- Running in December!?!?!

Looks like it will be a beautiful December day! This might be our last day to get outside and run. Make sure to wear some cold weather gear for the workout.

Strength/Skill:

Rotate through:

Front Rack Lunge x 5 each leg

Muscle Up Practice or Chin Over the Bar Hold x 20-30 seconds

V-Ups x 8-10 reps

Workout of the Day:

“Partner Helen”

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400 meters together

42 Kettlebell Swings

24 Pull Ups

*break up pull ups and swings as you wish, but only one partner can work at a time*
