5 rounds:

Alternating Leg Box Step Up x 5 each

Strict HSPU x Max Reps or Wall Climb x 2 reps

Hollow Hold/Rock x 30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

50 Kettlebell Swings

40 Sit Ups

30 Goblet Walking Lunge Steps

20 Shoulder to Overhead (155/95 lbs)

10 Strict Pull Ups (sub Bar Muscle Ups if you have them)
