Hollow Hold/Rock x 30 seconds

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
50 Kettlebell Swings
40 Sit Ups
30 Goblet Walking Lunge Steps
20 Shoulder to Overhead (155/95 lbs)
10 Strict Pull Ups (sub Bar Muscle Ups if you have them)
