Build to a 3 Rep Max Push Press

Workout of the Day:


Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Thrusters

10 Burpees

15 Ring Rows 


For time:

30 Pull Ups

30 Burpees over the Barbell

15 Thrusters (up to 135/95 lbs)

30 Burpees over the Barbell

30 Pull Ups
