The 2015 Crossfit 414 Charity Challenge is quickly approaching! Make sure you have your calendars marked for the afternoon of Saturday, December 12th. This is always the highlight of the CrossFit year.

Workout of the Day:

Rotate through with a team of three for 12 minutes:

Partner 1: Airdyne 20/15 calories

Partner 2: 10 Plate Ground to Overhead + Max Burpees

Partner 3: Rest

rest 4 minutes

Rotate through with a team of three for 12 minutes:

Partner 1: 3 Round Trip Farmer’s Carry

Partner 2: 8 Toes to Bar + Max Box Jump Overs

Partner 3: Rest
