Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

200 meter Row or .3 mile Airdyne

10 Push Ups 

rest 5 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

10 Burpee Box Step Overs

10 Kettlebell Snatch (5 each arm)

rest 5 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:

5 Power Cleans (135/85 lbs)

10 V-Ups

15 Air Squats
