L-Sit/Tuck Hold x 10-20 seconds

With a partner complete as many reps as possible at each station:
3 minutes Sled Push
3 minutes Double Unders
3 minutes Row Calories
3 minutes Burpee Box Step Overs
3 minutes Toes to Bar/Weighted Sit Up
*rest 3 minutes and repeat with two minutes at each station*
