The goal board is back! Instead of a monthly goal board, it will now coincide with the current 6- or 8-week cycle that we are running at the gym. We are starting up with a fresh new cycle today and over the next six weeks we will focus on improving our Back Squat, Deadlift, as well as continuing our upper body pulling development (muscle-ups and pull-ups GALORE!). We will use the CrossFit Open workout 14.4 as our tester to wrap up the cycle.
We challenge everyone to get a measurable goal up on the board by the end of this week. Make your goal something that is going to personally motivate you over the next six weeks and that you look forward to sharing with the CrossFit 414 community!
