Workout of the Day:

Station 1:

Complete as many headcutters as possible in 5 minutes while partner is in FLR Hold

rest 3 minutes

Station 2:

Complete as many burpee box jump overs as possible in 5 minutes while partner holds a plate overhead

rest 3 minutes

Station 3:

Accumulate as many calories as possible on the rower/airdyne in 5 minutes
