5 minutes to practice Split Jerk with a Pause in the Catch

7 minutes to build towards a heavy Split Jerk Double

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:

8 Toes to Bar

8 Push Jerks (up to 135/85 lbs)

* rest 3 minutes and repeat twice more *
