Deadlift x 10,8,6,4,2 reps

Ring Dips x 5 reps

L-Sit x 10-20 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Climb the ladder as high as possible in 10 minutes:

3 Dumbbell Snatch each arm

3 Push Ups (sub Ring Dips if you can do them unassisted)

30 Double Unders

6 Dumbbell Snatch each arm

6 Push Ups

30 Double Unders

9 Dumbbell Snatch each arm

9 Push Ups

30 Double Unders
