With a group of three in ten minutes rotate through the following:
Partner 1: Run 200m
Partner 2: Max Reps Burpees to 45 lb Plate until partner returns
Partner 3: Rest

With a group of three in ten minutes rotate through the following:
Partner 1: 10 KB Swings and 20 Lateral Hops
Partner 2: FLR Hold until Partner 1 finishes complete round
Partner 3: Rest
