09182015- Row/Snatch/Burpee Box Over

CrossFit Total is this Saturday! Do not worry if you have already used three classes this week. We want as many people as possible to come out and set some new PRs. 

Strength/Skill:

Take 12 minutes to build to a heavy complex of: 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Snatch

Workout of the Day:

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:

Minute 1: Row or Airdyne x 30 seconds

Minute 2: Hang Power Snatch x 5 reps

Minute 3: Burpee Box Step Over x 8 reps
