Strength/Skill:
Complete 5 rounds not for time:
a. Bulgarian Split Squat x 5 each leg
b. Broad Jumps x 4 for max distance
c. Pull Ups x 3-8 or Muscle Ups x 1-3
Workout of the Day:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
30 Double Unders
20 Kettlebell Snatch
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
