Strength/Skill:

Complete 6-8 sets of:

1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk

Workout of the Day:

Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:

Minute 1: 5 Unbroken Clean and Jerk

Minute 2: 45 second Airdyne

Minute 3: 1-2 Rope Climbs or Sit to Stand
