Deadlift x 5 reps (add weight each set)

Parallette Shoot Through x 3-6 reps or Muscle Up Practice

Workout of the Day:

Every 5 minutes for 4 rounds complete:

10 Deadlifts (up to 225/135 lbs)

20 Burpees

30 Kettlebell Swings

40 Double Unders
