With a partner climb the ladder as high as possible in 18 minutes of:

20 Push Press

20 Sit Ups

20 Push Ups

Run 200 meters together

25 Push Press

25 Sit Ups

25 Push Ups

Run 200 meters together

30 Push Press

30 Sit Ups

30 Push Ups

Run 200 meters together

Continue to add 5 reps after each run. Break up sets and reps as needed.
