09072013- Team Workout Saturday

Workout of the Day:

With a team of three in 20 minutes:

One person is always running 400m

The other two are completing as many rounds as possible of:

20 Partner Burpees

30 Sit Ups

40 Lunge Steps (holding kettlebell overhead or in front rack)

The runner will come in and tag the next team member to go on the run. Both partners in the gym will then continue from where the team was at. See how many rounds you can get through and how many 400m runs your team can complete.
