Cossack Lunge x 5 each leg

Tempo Ring Dips x Max Reps

Around the World Toes to Bar x 3-5

Side Plank x 30 seconds each

Workout of the Day:

With a team of three rotate through for 24 minutes:

Partner One: Run 300 meters

Partner Two: Alternate between Max Wall Balls and Max Row/Airdyne Cals

Partner Three: Rest
