Labor Day (Monday) there will be one group class at 930am running a fun and challenging Hero Workout.
Also, mark your calendars for Saturday, September 19th. We will be running the CrossFit total together as a group. This is a max lift in the back squat, shoulder press and deadlift. Come set some new personal records, cheer on your friends and celebrate with a little grill and chill after.
