Rotate through for 15 minutes:

3 Hang Power Snatch + 3 Snatch Balance

Bulgarian Split Squat x 5 each leg

Double Unders x 30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete as may rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Dumbbell Snatch

10 Burpees

10 Toes to Bar
