08312017- Swing/Lunge/Toes to Bar

Strength/Skill:

Rotate through:

Overhead Squat x 6-8 reps

Strict Chin Up x 3-5 reps

Hollow Rock x 20-30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

15 Kettlebell Swings

12 Reverse Lunge Steps (115/75 lbs)

9 Toes to Bar
