Deadlift x 6 reps at 30×1

L-Sit/Tuck Hold x 10-20 seconds

Handstand Hold x 30-45 seconds

Workout of the Day:

Complete 4 rounds of:

10 Deadlifts (225/135 lbs)

15 Ring Dips or Push Ups

Max Row/Airdyne until 3 minutes

*rest 2 minutes after each round*
