Build to a Max Split Jerk

Workout of the Day:

Climb the ladder as high as possible in 8 minutes:

3 Push Jerk (135/85 lbs) / 3 Toes to Bar

6 Push Jerk / 6 Toes to Bar

9 Push Jerk / 9 Toes to Bar

Continue to add 3 reps until each round until time is called. 

Toes to Bar sub = 2:1 Sit Ups
