Strength/Skill:

Back Squat- 3 x 5

Workout of the Day:

Complete as many rounds as possible in ten minutes:

5 Lunges each Leg (with kettlebell)

10 Push Ups

15 Kettlebell Swings

Post Workout:

6 minutes Turkish Get Ups
