Lunge Steps x 5 each (hold kettlebells/dumbbells in farmers carry)

Single Arm Row x 6-8 each side

L-Sit x 10-20 seconds

Workout of the Day:

With a team of three rotate through for 25 minutes:

Partner One: Run 200 meters

Partner Two: Alternate rounds of Max Dumbbell Snatch and Max Strict Pull Ups

Partner Three: Rest
