Minute 1: 1-5 Muscle Ups or 3-8 Pull Ups

Minute 2: 30 Double Unders or 30 seconds Practice

Minute 3: 1 Wall Walk + Handstand Hold until 30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

3 rounds of:

30 seconds Max Muscle Ups/Chest to Bar Pull Ups

60 seconds Overhead Plate Lunge Steps

90 seconds Rower/Airdyne
