It’s CrossFit Games weekend! Come to the gym anytime after 5pm for a viewing party. We will probably be around until 10 or 11pm. Bring some snacks, drinks or meat to throw on the grill. This is always a lot of fun!
Strength/Skill:
Rotate through:
Stiff Leg Deadlift x 6-8 reps
Lateral Box Step Up x 5 each leg
Weighted Sit Up x 10 (hold dumbbell to chest)

3 minutes Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Over
3 minutes Sandbag Carry and Squat
3 minutes Sled Push
3 minutes Heavy Kettlebell Swings
3 minutes Rest
