Don’t forget it is CrossFit Games week! We are having a viewing party at the gym starting on Saturday at 3pm. We will have the grills fired up. Bring some meat, sides to pass or drinks. 

Strength/Skill:

5 sets of:

a. Reverse Lunge Step x 5 each

b. Chin Over the Bar Hold x Max

c. Hollow Rock x 15 reps

Complete 6 rounds of:

8 Toes to Bar

8 Kettlebell Snatch each arm

50 Foot Burpee Broad Jump
