Saturday’s CrossFit Games viewing party will begin at 3pm and continue until the competition wraps up for the day. If you are coming bring something for the grill, sides or some drinks.

Performance: Deadlift- 5/3/1 Week One

Workout of the Day:

With a partner start a new round every minute and alternate for 6 total rounds each of:

10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings

Max Airdyne/Row Calories with remainder of minute
