Strength/Skill:

Practice 1 Snatch Push Press + 1 Snatch Balance + 1 Overhead Squat

Every 30 seconds for ten reps: 1 Snatch

Complete as many rounds as possible in ten minutes of:

5 Dumbbell Snatch each arm

10 Front Squats with Dumbbell

50 Single Unders

Performance:

Complete as many rounds as possible in ten minutes of:

5 Power Snatch (95/65 lbs)

5 Overhead Squats

30 Double Unders
