Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 Pull Ups

rest 5 mins

Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

20 Kettlebell Snatch

Shuttle Run x 3 round trips

CF414 Endurance:

4 x 300m Run (rest 60 sec)

3 x Hill Run (walk back recovery)

There will be no endurance class on Thursday evening. Instead plan to Storm the Bastille.
