Workout of the Day:

With a partner Row as Far as Possible in 6 minutes

*only accumulate meters while partner is holding two kettlebells in front rack*

rest 3 minutes

With a partner Airdyne for max calories in 6 minutes

*only accumulate calories while partner is in FLR hold*

rest 3 minutes 

Complete as many laps with a heavy sandbag as possible in 6 minutes
