Ring Dip x 5-10 reps or Support Hold + Negative

Single Arm Dumbbell Row x 6 each arm

“Bergeron Beep Test”

On the minute for as long as possible:

7 Thrusters (75/55 lbs)

7 Pull Ups

7 Burpees
