Remember that this Friday, July 3rd we are doing a Hero Workout. There will be two classes only at 630am and 5pm. Try to come to the evening if you are available as we will fire up the grills and have some drinks immediately after. Bring something to throw on the grill or a side to pass.
Strength/Skill:
Back Squat- 6,4,2,6,4,2
If you were here last week use 10-20 lbs less than you did for the 6,4,2 last week. Then try to increase the second time through.

Complete 2 rounds of:
2 minutes Wall Ball
2 minutes Toes to Bar/Sit Ups
2 minutes Row
rest 2 minutes between rounds
