Next Monday is July 4th! We will be having one class only at 930am. It will be a fun and challenging Hero workout. Wear red, white and blue and come celebrate at the gym!

1 minute Box Step Ups holding Dumbbells

1 minute Kettlebell Swings

2 minutes rest
