Strength/Skill:

Rotate through:

Front Rack Lunge Step x 5 each leg

Rope Climb x 1-2 or Rope Sit to Stand x 3-5

L-Sit Double Leg Lift x 20-30 seconds

Workout of the Day:

With a team of three rotate through for 20 minutes:

Partner One: Run 400 meters

Partner Two and Three: Work together to complete as many rounds as possible of:

40 Wall Ball

30 Partner Sit Ups

20 Burpee Pull Ups

*once partner one returns from the run the next team member will go on the run and the remaining two will continue with the AMRAP*
