06202013- Push Up/OH Plate Lunge/Double Under

 Don’t forget Summer Soulstice takes place on Saturday. Plan on coming by the gym as early as 4pm grabbing a drink and hanging out. It should be a blast!

Strength/Skill:

Handstand Push Up Strength Development

Push Press- 5,5,5 then Max Reps at 70% of top set

As many rounds as possible in ten minutes of:

10 Hand Release Push Ups

10 OH Plate Lunge Steps

30 Double Unders
