06192015- Deadlift/Burpees/Dubs

Don’t forget there is no Saturday class this weekend! Instead we will be running through “Helen” together at 11am. Then the gym will be open for the Summer Soulstice party all afternoon and into the night. Bring some meat for the grill, sides, desserts or drinks. We will plan on firing up the grill around 2-3pm. Come for a bit or stay all day!
