Upper Body Pull Progression, every minute on the minute:

Minute 1: Max Reps Strict Pull Ups or Ring Rows in 15 secs

Minutes 2-7: Hit the same number

Upper Body Push Progression, every minute on the minute:

Minute 1: Max Reps Ring Dips, Dips or Push Ups in 15 secs

Minutes 2-7: Hit the same number
